On this page you’ll find our frequently asked questions about topics ranging from shipping to events we attend.  If you do not find the information you seek, please complete our contact form, visit our Shipping Policy page, or call us to request additional information.

Q: How long after I place my order will we ship your products?

A: We do our very best to have all orders – placed by 12:00 p.m. (EST) – shipped within two business days after payment has cleared. Harlane Garden Labels are custom made and will be mailed as soon as they are completed. Additional Harlane Label shipping information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Q: What methods of payment do we accept?

A: We accept all credit cards online. By phone, we accept only Mastercard or Visa, Check and/or Money Orders. We welcome phone orders and email inquiries. When you call us, please leave your name, phone number and location (so we don’t call California at 7AM). We will return your call. Please do not leave credit card information on our voice mail.

Q: Can you contact us by phone?

A: Yes. Contact Wendy at 404-771-9300 (and are now located on the West Coast–Pacific time) with your questions regarding any of our products or labels. We are now 3 hours behind the East Coasttime and may not answer the phone early in Pacific time..

Q: What are our store hours?

A: We do not operate a retail store. Our rose gardens are open by appointment. Please complete our contact form or call us to arrange a suitable time.

Q: Do we just know about roses?

A: No. Our Bionic gloves, garden tools and accessories are geared towards all gardeners with the purpose and our mission to make everyone’s gardening hobby more enjoyable and more healthy. However, we do specialize in rose information and offer access to the best rose newsletter in the Southeast, The Georgia Rose. Since we moved out West, our newsletter has been renamed: The Crazed Rosarian, as Ryan now writes about growing roses on both coasts. We also offer a free trial to the American Rose Society–just ask us. We can also connect you to local rose experts who can help you grow roses in your yard.

Q: Can we request The Rose Gardener to come to an event in our hometown?

A: Yes. We attend many Flower, Garden or Home Shows throughout the Southeast. Please read our Events Calendar , to see if we are already scheduled to visit your area. In addition, we attend regional and national American Rose Society conventions, Master Gardener Conventions and other events. Please contact us if you would like us to consider attending a convention or event in your city or speak at your garden club or rose society meeting.

Q: Is there a warranty on products purchased?

A: Products on our website are chosen for their high quality and their promised functionality. We stand behind our products and will provide any information you need to maintain your tools and gloves. We expect our products to perform as promised. If your tools are defective, we will gladly exchange them for another product or return your money.  Gloves are warranteed for 30-45 days, but most Bionic gloves that are sized correctly can be expected to last the season (and  more) and we would like you to contact us if you have concerns.

Q: What is our glove exchange policy?

Unused products that remain in original packaging and are resellable may be exchanged. Please re-measure or contact us for additional sizing assistance if you are unsure of the size you need. We will send a replacement glove at no additional charge to you.

Q: What is our return policy?

Unused products that remain in original packaging and are resellable can be returned to us. Please make returns within 30 days. Your money will be refunded upon receipt of the product.
