The Rose Gardener attempts to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Harlane Garden Labels are shipped within 3 days to 2 weeks dependent on the outstanding orders we are processing. We process orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Packages ship from Vancouver, WA, outside Portland, OR. Orders to the East Coast generally have a 3-4 day delivery period. Occasionally, we are out of town at garden shows and you might experience a short delay in receiving your package.<\/p>\n
Custom Services<\/span><\/strong>:<\/span> Harlane Garden Labels are custom-made for you after we receive your order. We make every attempt to engrave these orders very quickly. But, occasionally, we are backed up due to a large number of orders that might arrive simultaneously.<\/p>\n Rush Service:<\/span><\/strong> If you have a specific need for rush service in order to have your labels prior to a garden tour, please choose Priority shipping and write a note in the comments box that appears when you complete your order. Make sure you include the date of your event.<\/p>\n Shipping Options:<\/strong> <\/span>We generally ship products with the US Post Office, finding the USPS reliable and that shipping rates are reasonable. In addition, customer parcels can be mailed by us and deliveries made to you on Saturdays. Please note, it is US Postal Service regulation that all parcels over 13 ounces must be mailed US Priority Mail so you do not have an option for First class postage on packages above that weight. The Priority Mail option will take 2-3 days to arrive to your house. Currently, we ship only to US addresses. You may contact Wendy<\/a> to discuss if exceptions can be made.<\/p>\n UPS…<\/span><\/strong>We will, upon request, ship your package via UPS. If you choose to ship by UPS, please note there are no Saturday pickups or deliveries and that shipments to the East Coast will take 5 business days to arrive. UPS shipping charges for your order are based upon UPS rates that include gas upcharges, rural route upcharges and residential delivery fees in addition to the base UPS shipping costs. Your shipping costs reflect these UPS charges and will generally be substantially higher than the Post Office charges. For this we apologize, but we have no control over these UPS costs.<\/p>\n Shipping Promotions: <\/span><\/strong>We offer special shipping promotions. For example, we offer a FREE SHIPPING coupon when you order 2 pairs of Bionic gloves or 2 Hi-Tech Pruners (or a combination of these products). These orders will be shipped Priority US Mail. If your order additional items with these products, you will receive up to $12.00 coupon credit on your total shipping cost. This shipping promotion is only available when you choose to ship by US Mail.<\/p>\n
