JAFCO Children\u2019s Village programs touch the lives of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. The JAFCO Children\u2019s Village campus provides an actual home to over 100 children each year in our emergency shelter or group homes, and is the only center of its kind in the Jewish community in the nation. Another 600 children each year find safety in either our foster care, adoption or family preservation programs.<\/p>\n

In 2022 the JAFCO Children’s Ability Center supported 2,069 lives and has served 18,302 children & parents since 2014.<\/h2>\n

JAFCO Children\u2019s Ability Center provides family enrichment, resources, and respite to families raising a child with a developmental disability. The center is open seven days a week to provide support to over 500 children a year starting on the day of diagnosis up to age 22. We are there to support the entire family including parents, grandparents and typical siblings. The Children’s Ability Center also houses Illuminate… a venue with a cause.<\/p>\n

Eagles\u2019 Haven Wellness Center opened in March 2019 to rediscover wellness and restore hope to the Parkland\/Coral Springs community following the tragic school shooting. To begin the healing process, our compassionate clinical team provides wellness experiences, yoga, creative art classes, meditation, dance, crisis support, case management, and support groups, free of charge to over 1,400 students, parents and teachers, all in one beautiful wellness-inspired setting.<\/p>\n

FamilyMatters, a JAFCO Support Network, offers specialized case management and support services to assist families in times of crisis in Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. We serve families who are facing the impact of trauma and challenges including: mental health and substance abuse issues, divorce and custody issues, grandparents or relatives caring for children, single parenthood, or those raising children with special needs. We focus on strengthening and empowering families to overcome these challenges.<\/p>\n
